Depending on the stage of processing of your order, the following options apply:<\/p>\n<p><strong>If the order has already been handed over to the carrier,<\/strong><br \/>\nyou will automatically be charged the shipping costs to you as well as the return shipping costs to the company.<br \/>\n<strong>If you have already received the product and wish to return it,<\/strong><br \/>\nyou will be responsible for covering both the shipping and return costs if the return is solely due to your own decision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of Return<\/strong><br \/>\nYou have the right to return the product within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>The first exchange is free, provided that you make a new product purchase.
