Shipments in Greece

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €70, domestic shipping within Greece is free, regardless of size, weight, or delivery area.
  • Shipping Charges: For orders under €70, there is an additional charge of €4.90 per shipment, including VAT.
  • Cash on Delivery: For payments via cash on delivery, an additional charge of €4.90 applies.

Shipping Time

  • Orders placed by 13:00 (Greece time) are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the following business day.
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time: Delivery is made within 2-5 business days (or 2-7 business days for remote and hard-to-reach areas). Courier Company.

  • Orders are shipped via General Postal Service to all areas within Greece.
  • Alternatively, you may request the use of another courier company; in this case, shipping costs will be charged upon agreement.

Shipments to Cyprus

Payment Method: Only card payments are accepted. Cash on delivery is not supported. Shipping Cost: The cost is €18 for packages up to 7 kg.
Shipping Time:

  • Orders placed by 13:00 (Greece time) are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the following business day.
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery is made within up to 12 business days, depending on the chosen service and schedule of routes.

Courier Company

  • Shipments from Greece to Cyprus are exclusively made via ELTA Courier.

 

International Shipments – UPS

Shipments to international destinations are made via UPS. Only card payments are accepted. Cash on delivery is not supported.

To Italy
  • Standard (By Road, 5-8 days): Up to 7 kg – €19
  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €45
To Zone 1

Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Hungary, Romania

  • Standard: Up to 7 kg – €25
  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €49
To Zone 2

Countries: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic.

  • Standard: Up to 7 kg – €25
  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €49
To Zone 5 – Express Saver

Countries: America, Mexico, Canada

  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €99

Shipping Time

  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time Delivery time depends on the destination country:
Within Europe: The average delivery time is 2-7 business days. Shipping times are provided as estimates and are based on the order registration time.

Customs Duties and Charges

Any customs duties or charges applied upon the arrival of the package in the destination country are to be paid solely by the recipient.
Charge Management
Customs and import fees vary significantly from country to country. For the exact cost, we recommend contacting your local customs office for relevant information.

Return Methods

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order by calling 210 8319435 from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, or by email at info@tassosmitropoulos.com. Depending on the stage of processing of your order, the following options apply:
If the order is with the carrier: You will automatically be charged for the shipping costs to you and the return shipping costs to the company.
If you have received the product and wish to return it: If the return is due to your own responsibility, you will be charged for both the shipping and return costs.
Right of Return
You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The first return is free, provided that you make a new product purchase. In all other cases, the shipping and return costs are your responsibility.

We remind you that we cooperate with Geniki Taxydromiki (only for returns within Greece) and offer a special shipping charge of €4.90 per shipment. For returns from Cyprus, the shipment is handled via ELTA Courier, and for returns from abroad, we work with UPS.
Product Return Conditions
To accept the return of a product, it must:
Be in excellent condition, as you received it, without any damage or defects (if you received a defective product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue).
Not be used and the tags or stickers must not have been removed.
Be accompanied by the Return Form, which is included in the package. (You can also download and print it from here.)
Product Replacement
Replacement is only possible for products available in the e-shop.
