Shipments in Greece

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €70, domestic shipping within Greece is free, regardless of size, weight, or delivery area.
  • Shipping Charges: For orders under €70, there is an additional charge of €4.90 per shipment, including VAT.
  • Cash on Delivery: For payments via cash on delivery, an additional charge of €4.90 applies.

Shipping Time

  • Orders placed by 13:00 (Greece time) are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the following business day.
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time: Delivery is made within 2-5 business days (or 2-7 business days for remote and hard-to-reach areas).

Courier Company

  • Orders are shipped via General Postal Service to all areas within Greece.
  • Alternatively, you may request the use of another courier company; in this case, shipping costs will be charged upon agreement.

Shipments to Cyprus

Payment Method: Only payment by card is accepted. Cash on delivery is not supported.
Shipping Cost: The cost is €18 for parcels up to 7 kg.

Shipping Time

  • Orders placed by 13:00 (Greece time) are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the following business day.
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery is made within up to 12 business days, depending on the chosen service and schedule of routes.

Courier Company

  • Shipments from Greece to Cyprus are exclusively made via ELTA Courier.

International Shipments – UPS

Shipments to international destinations are made via UPS. Only card payments are accepted. Cash on delivery is not supported.

  • Standard (By Road, 5-8 days): Up to 7 kg – €19
  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €45
To Zone 1

Countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Hungary, Romania, Romania

  • Standard: Up to 7 kg – €25
  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €49
To Zone 2

Countries:

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic

  • Standard: Up to 7 kg – €25
  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €49
To Zone 5 – Express Saver

Countries:

Countries: America, Mexico, Canada

  • Express Saver: Up to 7 kg – €99

Within Europe: The average delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Shipping times are provided as estimates and are based on the order registration time.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs Duties and Charges

Any customs duties or charges applied upon the arrival of the package in the destination country are to be paid solely by the recipient.

Billing Management
Customs and import charges vary considerably from country to country. For exact costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend that you check the applicable import charges before placing your order.

Return Methods

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order by calling 210 8319435 from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, or by email at info@tassosmitropoulos.com. Depending on the stage of processing of your order, the following options apply:

If the order has already been handed over to the carrier,
you will automatically be charged the shipping costs to you as well as the return shipping costs to the company.
If you have already received the product and wish to return it,
you will be responsible for covering both the shipping and return costs if the return is solely due to your own decision.

Right of Return
You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The first exchange is free, provided that you make a new product purchase. If you do not wish to exchange for another product, you are entitled to a refund.
All returned clothing undergoes a quality check, and if deemed suitable, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. In this case, the shipping and return costs will be at your expense.

We remind you that we collaborate with Geniki Taxydromiki (for returns within Greece only) and offer a special return shipping rate of €4.90 per shipment.
For returns from Cyprus, shipping is handled via ELTA Courier, while for international returns, we collaborate with UPS.

Product Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in perfect condition, as received, without any damage or defects. (If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.)
Remain unused, with all original tags and stickers intact.
Be accompanied by the Return Form, included in the package. (You can also download and print it from here.)

Product Replacement
Replacement is only available for products that are currently in stock on the e-shop.
